Types of text messages Rudgear participates in sending: 
1) Conversations between employees: Communication via text messages between employees and others for questions, updates, and greetings. These text messages are not to customers and are similar to the way people regularly communicate by text message on their personal phones.
2) Conversations (external): Work communication with external contacts (customers, vendors, etc). External text messages similar to the way people regularly communicate by text message on their personal phones.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates. (SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes.)

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
